If you have a strong background in administrative support and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, this could be the perfect fit for youKey Responsibilities:Office Administration:Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly.Data Management:Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Assist with data entry and generate reports as required by management.Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and munication Coordination:Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department or team member.Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle routine inquiries professionally.Assist in coordinating communication within the office, ensuring smooth flow of information.Event and Meeting Support:Coordinate and assist with planning and executing office events, meetings, and team-building activities.Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute notes to attendees.Ensure meeting rooms are set up and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.Support for Special Projects:Assist in special projects as needed, providing research, data analysis, and administrative support.Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in business administration or a related field is a plus.Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage ($18.00 to $20.00 per hour).Regular working hours, Monday to Friday.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive work environment.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
