Full-time W2 Contract AttorneyProduct Liability Class ActionLocation: Fully Remote but must currently reside within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZWork Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Project Duration: long-term temporary assignment anticipated to last 6-12 months; potential for extension and conversion to a full-time permanent role, but not guaranteed.Pay Rate: $31/hourLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking experienced licensed contract attorneys to join our client's product liability class action litigation team. As a critical project team member, you will be vital in handling complex legal matters and interfacing with clients daily.Responsibilities:Analyze claim documentsPrepare detailed responses to complex inquiries of claimants and counselField complex telephone inquiries from claimantsReceive training and oversight from project team membersProvide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clientsQualifications:JD from an accredited US law school Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdictionCurrently residing within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ, and willing to travel onsite occasionally for technology-related support and optional team-building exercises. Litigation, Document Review, and eDiscovery experience preferredClass action and mass tort experience are a plus.
