If so, we'd love to hear from you As our Temporary Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements with munication Hub: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.Document Management: Prepare and proofread documents, manage files, and handle confidential information with discretion.Office Coordination: Assist with office organization, supply management, and other tasks to maintain an efficient workspace.What We're Looking For:Experience: Previous administrative experience is preferred, but we're open to enthusiastic candidates with a strong desire to learn.Skills: Excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a high level of attention to munication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.Attitude: A proactive, positive approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hourSearch managed by: Amaka Mozie Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
