LHH is working with an amazing local Non-profit truly trying to make a difference in our community Responsibilities:Responsible for A/R input into accounting softwarePrepare monthly invoicesCheck against each cost centers roster to make sure everything has been billed/invoiced, process change orders, assess late feesPrepare monthly AR report for Finance ManagerSend past due letters, make phone calls, emails, etc to collect on accountsProcess and record checks and other payments for bank depositsPrepare monthly ACH payment form for processingAssist with Data Entry in various systems Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is a plusOne plus years of experienceProficient with Excel and prior use of some ERP systemDemonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communications skills and customer service orientation to effectively develop and sustain good working relationships with staff, vendors and members of the general public. Skill in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Strong time management skills to successfully prioritize and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Capable team player as well as independent worker.
