Great opportunity for recent graduates in the life sciences or food sciences looking to gain hands-on lab experienceWe are partnering with a well-established local manufacturer in Amsterdam to support an urgent project involving the implementation of a new LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). The Temporary LIMS Project Specialistwill review and enter existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and write new SOPs, for this softwareimplementation.Recent life science graduates are encouraged to applyRole Details: Start Date: Immediate, due to the urgent nature of the project Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start/end times as long as core business hours are met) Duration: Until the end of November, with the potential for extension depending on project needs Work Environment: Onsite in Amsterdam Pay: $24-26/hrKey Responsibilities: Review and input data into the new LIMS database Develop and revise SOPs for laboratory procedures Provide technical writing support for clear and precise SOP documentation Train laboratory staff on newly implemented SOPs and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of the projectQualifications: Strong knowledge of biology and laboratory processes Proficient technical writing skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear SOPs Experience with LIMS or other laboratory management software is a plus Ability to effectively train and communicate with laboratory staff Strong organizational skills and attention to detailIf you have the technical skills and biology knowledge to make an impact on this project, we'd love to hear from you.
