We are seeking a Compliance Analyst Intern to join our team at the Canoga Park, Ca work site. The Intern will provide support to both the Procurement Compliance and Price Cost Analyst groups, compiling and organizing statistical analysis, data collection, electronic file organization, and implementing process improvement. Works with functional leaders to perform trend analysis and identify areas for Compliance operational reliability. Supports implementation of strategic initiatives, under general direction and guidance to accomplish standard routine tasks. Communicates with contacts typically within own team on matters that involve obtaining statistical data to determine feasibility of Compliance operational process improvement and initiatives. Essential Functions: + Support various Procurement Compliance and Price Cost Analysis tasks. + Maintain document integrity and traceability by maintaining well-organized electronic filing systems and documentation + Support special projects related to continuous improvement within the Supply Chain Compliance and Price Cost Analysis organization through data collection and analysis + Assist in development of new processes, maintaining existing policies and procedures, training buyers and other supply chain personnel in government contracting requirements.
