Apply now To learn more about Sales at ADP , watch here: WHAT YOU'LL DO : Responsibilities Travel to Franchise Conferences 4 times a year. Reach or exceed assigned sales goals. Implement sales strategies to crack new franchise brand contracts. Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target Franchisee prospects. Mine existing and prospective franchise clients for introductions into your targeted listed franchise brands. Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers. Connect franchisees business needs with ADP products and services. Cross-sell other ADP solutions to franchise base of ADP clients. Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers that will be listed to you as 'Prospect Brands '. These are franchise Head Quarters that do not work with ADP today. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : Required Qualifications Positive Self-Starter. You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection, manage your time well, and can present your ideas in a clear professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone. You're always learning, growing, and questioning how things were done in the past to make them even better. A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include: Two to three years of prior work experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
