The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Manager. They will assist with overseeing assigned Food & Beverage outlets to ensure optimum performance, exceptional guest service and maximum profitability of all functions. They will train and motivate staff to exceed goals. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will always conduct them self in a manner that supports the guiding principles of Everline Resort and Spa. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times.About Everline Resort and SpaLocated in California’s Olympic Valley, Everline Resort & Spa provides a premier mountain getaway to North Lake Tahoe. Follows all Terranea Resort dress code standardsRemains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and colleagues at all timePerforms other related duties as assignedHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTwo or four year degree in field of choice preferredAt least 3 years of food and beverage experience requiredPrior Four or Five Diamond experience preferredAt least two years supervisory experience preferredValid Food Handler and RBS Certification requiredPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
