Dewberry is currently seeking a Highway Engineering Intern for Summer 2025 to join our Mount Laurel, NJ office in our Highway Engineering Department. Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that haveinspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.Responsibilities include design and preparation of contract documents for roadway improvement projects for various clients including the NJDOT, NJ Turnpike Authority, counties, and various other public and private sector clients.Pursuing BS in Civil Engineering required.Prior engineering internship or summer work experience preferred.Familiarity with NJDOT and NJTA design standards and practices preferred.Familiarity with AASHTO and MUTCD preferred.Proficiency in MS Office software, AutoCAD and/or Microstation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in team environment.*At this time, Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization.*Dewberry is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action Employer.
