This role involves maintaining inventory, ensuring proper storage of food and supplies, and coordinating with other staff to meet kitchen and service needs.This role will pay an hourly rate between $25 plus tipsBenefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.This position will remain open until Nov 5, 2024Key Responsibilities:Set and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the event pantry areaMove and place rental equipmentAssist in planning and preparing pantry/sanitation area for eventsMove event equipment from commisary truck into event space(s) as neededLoading of commisary truck when needed at the end of eventCoordinate with kitchen staff to meet daily operational needsOversee sanitation during eventAdhere to food safety and hygiene standardsPrior experience in a food service or hospitality environment is a plus.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of food safety practices.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates.Ability to carry and move at least 50lbsAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
