The Parking Attendant will be the first point of contact in providing a memorable first impression for all guests and employees by providing direction and answering any questions guests may have.This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.Control/monitor entrance and exit of all guests and employees in and out of the parking garageProvide all guests a positive first impression by offering excellent customer serviceBe familiar with Park Mobile app and other applicable software Address all problems and concerns in a timely mannerKeep all traffic flowing both in and out of the parking lotsMonitor parking lots for safety and security of guests, employees and vehiclesProvide guests with directions and other venue informationDirect guests and employees to available parking spaces while maximizing the amount of vehicles per lotDirect guests on how to properly pay or use parking vouchersMaintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shiftsMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have reliable transportationPrior parking experience strongly preferred but not requiredMaintain composure in stressful situationsAbility to problem solve efficientlyMust be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multi-taskMust be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a teamMust be able to stand or walk constantly for an extended length of timeMust be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditionsEffective oral communication and writing skills Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds without assistanceAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
