LMI seeks a Management Analyst to support a DHS program management office for office management, business process, and operational improvements. This position offer partial telework. Come join the organization consistently ranked as a top workplace!Review business processes and develop and improve standard operational proceduresLead document management workflows, coordination, and adjudicationTrack and implement opportunities for improvement and corrective actionsDevelop PowerPoint briefings and present the status of business management objectives and data to senior leadershipCollate data from multiple sources and analyze for trends that inform decision-makingSupport client and team meetings through preparing agendas, developing meeting minutes, and tracking actions and deliverablesSupport stakeholder engagement and outreach events across working group stakeholders and partnersReview informational requests from Department leadership, Congress, or other federal stakeholders and support coordination and development of timely responsesConduct basic research on technical topics as assigned and prepare summary reports of briefings on findingsLead development and management of all program and business office documentation and filesPerform periodic quality control activities, such as peer review of documentsBachelor's DegreeMinimum 3 years of experienceStrong understanding of MS Office Suite and SharePoint, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat ProfessionalAbility to clearly communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including strong writing skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple assignments Effective problem-solver Work within a cross-functional team toward supporting our client’s successThis position requires completing a Government background investigation.
