We are seeking a self-driven, proactive, and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our Teammate Experience department at our corporate office in Linthicum Heights, MD. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our employee experiences and supporting our mission to provide total health beyond the scale, working across 15+ clinics in Maryland.What You'll DoEmployee Experience: Foster our values based culture by serving as the go-to HR expert for applicants, employees, and leaders, ensuring each feels valued and supported. Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with employees and leaders by using the highest degree of integrity, tact, and discretion. Organizational Agility: Navigate our fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with ease. Adapt to change quickly and establish the appropriate tools, processes, and programs to support an exceptional employee experience.HR Expertise: Apply your deep understanding of HR practices to support talent attraction, integration and onboarding, training, development, and retention. Stay abreast of HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies. Interpret and maintain policies and handbooks.Confidentiality & Integrity: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Prepare and maintain accurate employee lifecycle documentation and data, analyzing trends and insights to drive HR strategies. Who You AreProven Experience: 3 years + strong background in HR with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and principles.Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with people at all levels and build meaningful relationships.Self Starter: Proactive and driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Effective Communicator: Convey information clearly, adapt to different audiences, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and maintain professionalism while fostering engagement and trust.Strong Critical Thinking Skills: Systematic analysis of information, careful evaluation of options, and strategic decision-making to address HR challenges and drive positive outcomes for both employees and CoreLife.Who We AreAt CoreLife we understand that obesity and chronic illnesses are not isolated conditions but are deeply intertwined with social determinants and root causes.
