IT Support & Logistics AnalystLocation: This role will be performed in a hybrid capacity at our Cork, Ireland location.BlueVoyant is seeking an IT Support & Logistics Analyst to help us scale, organize and support our functions. This position will allow an ideal candidate to work alongside other members of IT with an opportunity to learn and develop experience with world class technologies.Ideal candidates will:Be highly flexible, responsive, self-motivated, and proactive to thrive in our fast-paced,solution-driven environmentBe excited to work in a global, 24/7 operationDeliver solutions on tight schedules and under pressureCreate solutions that are documented, maintainable, flexible and scalableHave a passion for learning and growthBe highly detail-orientedHave a proven ability to own projects including documenting a project, prioritization,tracking and updating tasks and activities, and communicating project status at atechnical as well as a management level.Have experience in all levels of a project/product life cycleWhat you will do:Take on day-to-day support requests as they appear in the queue, delivering high qualitysolutions for our end-usersAssist other members of Corporate IT with tasks as neededCoordinate with IT Director on asset management and inventory trackingOversee shipping and returns of hardware and peripherals for end usersProactively organize and maintain warehousing of IT inventorySetup and ship computers to end users, while maintaining accurate hardware inventoryQualifications:Strong desire to learn new and emerging technologiesExperience supporting users with macOS, Windows, Okta, Microsoft 365, GoogleWorkspace, Slack and Teams is desirable but not requiredOrganized and methodical with the ability to follow through on completing tasks assigned as part of independent workflowsPrevious experience with JIRA Service Desk is a plusExperience with basic MDM troubleshooting is a plusExperience in the tracking project tasks and creating documentation is desirablePrevious participation in agile sprints a plusExperience working under industry standard security / compliance frameworks is a plusExperience in the organization and tracking of IT assetsAbout BlueVoyantAt BlueVoyant, we recognize that effective cyber security requires active prevention and defense across both your organization and supply chain.
