This family-owned company embraces opportunity and growth for our employees.Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: Responsible for the daily tasks related to collection efforts of a portfolio of customer accounts.Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers using Credit applications, D&B reporting, and other relevant itiates credit reviews on new as well as existing itiates collection callscontact on all past due accounts 10 days or greater beyond terms for their assigned districtsWork closely with sales, finance, and other departments to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.Processing of all credit card payments within their designated region.Reconciliation of all related overshort payments and deductions on customer accounts.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant financial regulations and pleting vendor references.Evaluates credit limits and termsOther duties may be assigned, as warranted by the daily workflow.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess 1 - 3 year's collection experience.Understanding of quality customer service and the relationship to collection efforts.Ability to manage multiple priorities.An ability to apply effective problem-solving skills.Creditcollection experience preferred.Ability to communicate clearly.Ability to effectively problem solve while maintaining a skillful, professional demeanor.Effective communication skills which include verbal and writtenMust have experience with Microsoft OfficeWe offer a full comprehensive benefits program which includes: medical, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, short and long-term disability, paid vacation, 401(k), tuition reimbursement among other competitive benefits.TW Metals, LLC. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
