Come and experience your futurePosition Assignment: This position is a full-time position as a Training Operations Lead located at Burlington Air National Guard (ANG) in Vermont.The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team to fulfill F-35 training objectives at Burlington ANG.The Training Operations Lead will deliver academic training using Electronic Mediated Lecture (EML) and/or Interactive Courseware (ICW) and will instruct flight procedures in Pilot Training Devices, adhering to the approved pilot training syllabus. The successful candidate will provide instruction using Full Mission Simulators (FMS) and other Pilot Training Devices (PTDs), operating Instructor Operating Stations (IOS), and serving as a SME for all pilot training courseware updates. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team at Burlington, ANG to achieve F-35 training objectives. They will also implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs, and policies as directed, and may be required to augment training objectives and instruction at other F-35 operational/training sites as needed. Your strong analytical skills, coupled with your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments, make you an invaluable asset to our team.Basic Qualifications: Candidate must have active secret clearance and with investigation within 5 years be able to qualify for access to Special Access Required (SAR) programs. Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of fourth and/or fifth generation aircraft systems, operational experience with advanced sensor systems such as Night Vision devices, EO/IR targeting systems, Helmet Mounted Cuing, and the latest air-to-surface and air-to-air weapons inventory. Candidate must have prior experience in delivering military pilot academics and simulator training and be familiar with current instructional techniques and delivery methods. Candidate must have worked in an environment which required them to interact with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature. Candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent leadership traits, strong oral & written communication abilities, solid ability to organize, and a high desire to provide customer satisfaction. Use of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is required. Must be willing to travel CONUS and OCCONUS.Desired Skills: Current or demonstrated experience as an USAF/USN/USMC IP with multi-role fighter experience. Former Weapon School, Top Gun, or MAWTS graduate desired. Fifth generation Full Mission Simulator (FMS) experience as an operator and/or instructor.
