DescriptionIf you're passionate about a career in Wealth Management, Citizens Securities, Inc. is hiring for the Investment Assistant II role. In this position you will receive training materials, coaching, and dedicated time and support to successfully pass your Series 7 and 66 exams.The Investment Assistant IIworks closely with the assigned Financial Advisor(s) to maximize revenue production by serving as the primary liaison between operations and internal departments, promptly responding to all client service requests, client appointment scheduling and preparation, and audit preparation while adhering to allFINRA, CCOIS, CFG and state securities regulations on a daily basis. You are responsible for the new account opening process, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. You will occasionally be responsible for selected marketing activities including contacting the assigned Financial Advisor's book of business to solidify relationships, coordinating all prospecting and follow-up efforts (telemarketing), serving as the client liaison for affiliated companies, assisting in coordinating client seminars, following up on referrals received from business partners, and providing sales activity reporting.Travel within assigned geographic location may be required.Primary responsibilities includeServe as liaison between clients, financial advisor(s), and internal departmentsComplete new client onboarding and service requests for existing clientsSchedule/confirm client appointmentsSubmit cases into workflow and follow through to fundingManage CRM and pipeline entrySustain expertise on operational processes and systemsQualificationsUnderstanding of general banking and wealth management servicesExcellent verbal and written communications skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce a plusSelf-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, confident and ability to multitaskand prioritizeContinuously exhibits personal integrity, professional initiative, highly adaptable to change and open to new ideasA track record of working effectively in a team environment and building strong relationships with teammates, business partners and specialistsEducation, Certifications and/or Other Professional CredentialsCollege degree in a business-relatedfield preferred or a High School Degree/GED with a minimum 3 or more years industry experienceA combination ofLife and Health,Series 6, and/orLife and Health,SIElicensesrequiredMust be able to obtainSeries 7and 66 within specific timeframe requiredHours and Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M-FPay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is $21.86 - $29.57 plus anopportunity to earnadditional incentive earnings.
