Our compassion, integrity, accountability, and resilience defines us as leaders in pediatric specialty care for our children and their families.Manager of Nutrition Services is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and directing the operation of Shriners Hospitals for Children- Philadelphia food service in compliance with Hospital rules, Local, State and Federal laws and accrediting agency regulations with assistance of the Director.Maintains a consistent par level of supplies while staying within budget.Maintains sanitation in compliance with state, federal and local laws.Prepares and evaluates café and patient menus.Directly manages the cooks and all areas of the food preparation.Maintains schedules for all back of the house staff and insures time management for payroll purposes.This is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.Preferred:Associate Degree in Dietitics or Food and Nutrition Science3+ years of Food Service ExperienceServSafe Food Safety CertificateFood Service leadership experience
