Enjoy a manageable call schedule:Weekday call is taken individually, and with 10 urologists, weekend call averages approximately four times per year.Junior faculty cover ER Call 4 times a year while seasoned faculty cover 2 times per year, often overlapping with weekend clinic coverage for streamlined work-life balance.
