Sales Adminstrator

On SiteFirst in line to answer incoming phone calls.Responsible for answering phones in a pleasant and courteous manner and in a timely fashion.Responsible for assisting customers by answering any questions.Responsible for processing sales orders and entering orders into SYSPRO inventory system.Responsible for generating pick and packing lists.Responsible for filing invoices on a daily basis.Responsible for working with shipping department to contact freight forwarders and couriers to set up shipments:Assist in determining the most cost-effective manner for shipment.Assist with domestic and international shipping documentation.Responsible for entering shipping information in UPS/Fed Ex and other shipping carrier databases.Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to manufacturing as needed.Serve as a back-up in the sales department on certain routine items as assigned.Coordinates with shipping department to ensure all orders are shipped when required.Assists in packing orders as needed.Participates in marketing activities such as trade shows, catalog, website, customer mailings and graphics as needed.Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hourSearch managed by: Ellen Slovikowsky Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
