Position: Payroll SpecialistLocation: Downtown Portland, ORJob Type: Direct Hire, Hybrid, FulltimeCompensation: $60,000 - $80,000 a yearResponsibilities:Managing payroll data for a large number of employeesEnsuring the accuracy of all data input into the payroll systemSafeguarding the confidentiality and security of employee informationAddressing payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly and professionallyAssisting with year-end payroll reportingUndertaking other related duties as necessaryRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processingExceptional attention to detail and precisionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Benefits:Benefits vary depending on employer.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
