LHH is working on behalf of our fantastic client in the non-profit space who is looking to bring an Accounts Payable Consultant on board on a 1-2+ month contract basis. This will require occasional in-office work in Manhattan, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and a desire to continue their career in an Accounts Payable capacityResponsibilities:Process invoices and perform related reconciliations; Review GL codingReview AP agingEnsure all vendor account information is kept up to dateMatch PO's to invoices; Ensure invoices/payments have necessary approvalsAssist with ad-hoc reporting and month-end closingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance highly preferred7+ years of relevant experienceStrong Excel skills, including pivot tables & v-lookupsExperience with NetSuite requiredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenCompensation: $38 - $45/hr, depending on experience.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
