These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.WHAT WE'RE DOINGThe International Mission Systems (IMS) Team is seeking an Associate Program Manager to Lead the Korea Aegis Lifetime Support (LTS) effort. The selected candidate will be responsible for Program execution of computer program maintenance and sustainment support efforts for the in-service Korea Aegis ships. The Korea LTS effort is performed under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract managed by the U.S. Navy, Program Executive Office - Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). THE WORKResponsibilities include:Overall responsibility of the development, integration, test and deployment of computer program updates for the in-service Korea KDX-III Aegis destroyers, including cost, schedule, technical execution, risk management, resource planning, and coordination across various functions to ensure on-time completion of contract deliverablesBe the focal point for communications between the program team, functional organizations, program leadership, and various internal stakeholdersRepresent the Program to the U.S. and Korean government and industry customers and project participants during internal and external meetingsBe accountable for financial commitments associated with Korea in-service support effortsManage and provide cost, schedule, and technical performance analysis to the Program leadership team Ability to respond to change quickly and to effectively communicate those changes to the Program Team in a timely mannerWHO WE AREOur customers are world-wide and so is our reputation for creating original solutions with the latest technologies. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
