DescriptionStart Date: June 26, 2025Citizens Bank is seeking a CBDP Associate - Treasury Solutions to join the Commercial Banking team in June 2025.Overview of Citizens Commercial BankingCitizens Commercial Banking is growing the future leaders of our organization. Commercial Banking is business to business banking. It involves analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with commercial clients. Career paths include but are not limited to Credit Analysis, Portfolio Management, Relationship Management.Treasury Solutions OverviewTreasury Solutions is a core component of the Commercial Bank providing transactional product and advisory support across our full Commercial client base. Treasury Solutions is responsible for the product development, sales, implementation, and account management of the full breadth of treasury products including cash management, commercial card, and trade finance.Job ResponsibilitiesThe CBDP Associate - Treasury Solutions is responsible for:The Accounting session, complete with two exams; an average passing grade of 75% on both exams is required to proceed with the Program.Attend all classes and complete homework and other assignments as mitment to work at Citizens Bank following completion of the program.Analytic and project management support for Treasury Solutions high visibility projects and initiatives underway.Exposure to the Treasury Solutions business lines; Product, Sales, and Business Support to gain a front to back understanding of the treasury solutions business, clients, and measures of terface and dedicated time spent with business line leaders, key staff, and clients.QualificationsSuccessfully complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of receiving the link. If not completed within the timeframe, your application will be automatically withdrawn from consideration.Current students enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor's program, graduating between Winter 2024 - Spring 2025 OR current students enrolled in a graduate program, graduating between Winter 2024 - Spring 2025Minimum GPA of 3.2; Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.5 Please include your cumulative GPA on your resume.Relevant work experience, leadership experience or coursework in Finance, Accounting or Economics is preferred but all majors will be considered.Strong analytical skills and software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency is required.Candidates must currently be a U.S. Resident to be eligible for this program.
