Temporary Legal Claims Processor (1099-K Corrections) - 100% Remote - $19/hour - Full-time W2 ContractorLHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Legal Claims Processor to handle customer fund claims from third parties (garnishments, levies, subpoenas, etc.). You'll ensure accuracy and legality, manage account holds, and communicate with various stakeholders. If you have previous collections experience, apply todayResponsibilities:Review and process claims (garnishments, levies, liens, subpoenas, etc.)Manage account holds and releasesAssist customers with 1099-K tax form correctionsCommunicate clearly with customers, creditors, and legal entitiesMaintain accurate records and track actionsRequirements:Must be able to start as early as one week upon acceptance of an offerStrong time management, communication, and organization skillsExcellent attention to detail in a high-volume environmentSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyProficient in Google Docs & SheetsExperience with lien/levy processingExperience with 1099-K tax form correctionsDemonstrated experience working in a fully remote environmentYou must be able to work full-time M-F and during regular business hoursAssignment: 3+ months (potential extension & overtime available)Pay Details: $19.00 per hourSearch managed by: Holly Hilderhoff Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
