LHH is currently recruiting for a temporary Legal Assistant for a mid-sized law firm client in Charlotte, NC. The legal assistant will assist assigned attorneys with legal and administrative support needs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a stable and well-respected law firm.ResponsibilitiesScheduling the calendar of activities of attorney, including client meetingsOpening matters; set-up and organization of electronic filesTime entry assistanceComposing, transcribing and editing of legal correspondencePreparation of reports from matter management systemQualificationsMinimum of two years of law firm experienceAbility to multi-taskStrong proficiency in MS Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
