LHH is currently looking for an administrative assistant to work in the mail room for our client in Moon / Robinson area. This position is on-site, contract to hire and offers 2 different shifts that you can work during the week. This position will be an immediate start, require drug and background check and an opportunity for growth. You must reside within reasonable commuting to this location to be considered.Hours: M-F - 10-6:30pm or 12:30-9pmLocation in Moon Township near the airportStarting pay: $18.501 interview can start on Monday.Shipping clerk, administrative, mail clerks or mail room experience is a plus.New grads both high school and college are encouraged to apply.Duties may include: Document Recognition Strong attention to detail, and precision of data entry Ability to multitask and navigate several programs and applications. Basic computer skills and literacy are required. Ability to work printing/scanning equipment. Assist with vendor access to shipping dock as needed.
