LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk for a client of ours in the Canton, OH area.Responsibilities:Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.Reconcile accounts payable transactions.Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is accurate.Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.Provide support for audits and other financial reviews.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Job Type: Contract to HireLocation: Canton, OHHours: 7-4 or 8-5 Fully in office for training and hybrid afterDress: Business Casual - Jeans and tennis shoes are okPay: $19 - 21/hr.
