This role is based in New York, NY with a hybrid work arrangement. In this role, youu2019ll make an impact in the following ways: Help drive the development and execution of the brandu2019s organic social strategy across platforms Work cross-functionally to identify, develop and execute on organic content opportunities that align culturally and strategically with the brand Take ownership of organic reporting and analytics to track against goals while using data to drive brand growth on social, leaning in or pivoting when/where necessary Own content calendar and planning for the brand, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are tracked and met Act as the source of truth for social media and platform best practices, industry trends, platform updates, and drive adoption of innovative strategies and solutions Adhere to internal and external approval processes, compliance, legal, audit, and regulatory processes and documentation Support the governance framework for social media across the organization Provide consultation to social media, communications and marketing team members across throughout the organization Connecting the dots of where social can provide positive impact to the business To be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Ability to plan ahead while also creating a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment Deep understanding of audience behavior across social channels Strong mix of creative, analytic, and communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into compelling content Extensive experience with enterprise social management tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout, Meltwater, etc. Excellent writer and communicator with deep knowledge or how content should vary by channel Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Workfront preferred Experience in financial services or regulated industry a plus Experience managing a team a plus 7+ years of social media experience in a large organization or major agency setting#LI-HybridAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $79,000 and $147,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
