This role is located in New York City, NY and is HYBRID. In this role, youu2019ll make an impact in the following ways: Individual will be responsible for functional activities for multiple lines of business/regions. Role responsibility will be global. Works with Senior business leaders of the firm and drives the compensation strategy in support of business objectives. Considers the broader compliance implications, market influences and internal equity when counselling on market competitiveness and appropriate total compensation pay positioning. Partners with the Senior People Team Manager in working with Line of Business Management on total compensation issues including, but not limited to, complex new hire offer packages, salary administration, incentive plan design/administration and equity design/administration while balancing the corporate interests of the firm with the needs of the line of business. To be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: Bacheloru2019s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of compensation and HR required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 10-15 years of total work experience and some supervisory/indirect management experience preferred.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
