General Restaurant Manager is responsible for management of our fine dining outlet and our in-room dining service. Requirements You own this if you have Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a fine dining restaurant. Skilled in training and development of team members, consistent with Company policies, procedures, and practices Ability to manage labor costs ensuring staffing models are in alignment with the business levels. Review all areas of the restaurant to ensure they are set and maintained throughout the meal service. Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience. Experience in fine dining preferably in a luxury hotel setting. Ability to communicate in English with guests, team members and management. Must be able to become proficient in computer applications, including the POS system, Microsoft Suite, and hotel software programs.
