You'll perform customer outreach to ensure client needs are met throughout the sales cycle, to include quoting, technical support, project oversight, and maintaining accurate data and documentation. Day-to-day, you will: Provide quotes and all necessary documentation required to close orders and establish the Company as a supplier in customer databases. Interface with the internal quote database, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and current. Routinely follow up on the status of quotes issued for prospective projects. Communicate withupper management if and when projects are expected to move forward. Collaborate with the Operations team to provide guidance on notable exceptions / clarifications for projects which move forward with a purchase order. Review technical bid documents and make clarifications as needed to ensure that risk factors have been addressed and the scope is clearly defined. Coordinate with legal and finance teams to review contract Terms & Conditions. Accurately complete data sheets, technical logs, commercial logs, and other bid documents so that risk is minimized if the project moves forward to a purchase order. Seek in-house technical assistance as required when the request for quotation (RFQ) requires analysis, engineering drawings, or a complex level of technical expertise.
