Job Title: Specialist, Program Finance Job Code: 15385 Job Location : Rochester, NY/Wilmington, MA Job Description : The Space and Airborne Systems Segment has a need for a Program Financial Analyst to join their team. A Program Finance Analyst is an individual contributor that is embedded with specific program teams to control all aspects of the program’s finance. Essential Functions: + Customer and internal reporting + Financial analysis + Earned Value Management implementation + Orders, sales, profit, cash flow forecasting and analysis + Cost proposal development + Invoicing coordination, tracking, and collection + Working with Program Management and other functions, complying with their procedures and ensuring compliance with Finance procedure + Leadership by providing clear, actionable information to Program Managers and other stakeholders for improving the program’s financial standing Qualifications : + Ability to obtain US Security Clearance + BS/BA Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or other analytical field and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role. Minimum of 2 years of experience with a Master’s Degree. + Strong aptitude in Microsoft Excel (to include lookups, pivot tables, and general best practices) + Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy + Experience in financial management tools Preferred Additional Skills: + Experience in government contract finance + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills + Organized and driven to continuously improve Please be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
