The Contracts Manager works with internal business teams on objectives relating to contracts assigned for their review and is a point of contact for communicating contract information to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.Prepares, interprets, revises, and negotiates master services agreements and other complex commercial contracts in accordance with Enterprise contracting standards utilizing independent judgment and discretion. Summarizes contractual details in particular the differences from standards and notifies the appropriate business units of contract status.Ensures contract execution is in accordance with company policy.Maintains detailed and organized files for each contract, including the original contract, relevant correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, and clarifications.Researches and prepares contract briefs summarizing contractual issues and requirements.USD $83,000.00/Yr.USD $106,390.00/Yr.Intermediate Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and DocuSign skills; ability to generate and edit contracts, briefs, proposalsTechnical aptitude with ability to absorb and apply newly learned technical skills.Knowledge of standard and complex contract provisionsContracts knowledge with ability to identify and mitigate riskWorking knowledge of commercial contract administrationStrong time management skills to include the ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities in managing a wide variety of projects, and see assignments through to completion.Working knowledge of the requirements of United States Export Regulations, HIPAA, HITECH, Gramm Leach Bliley and GDPRSystematic advanced reasoning skills with ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities
