The incumbent is responsible for bringing soiled linen to the laundry area to be washed and transferring clean linen to the rooms, as well as removing trash. They are to provide the highest level of service in support of the mission, core values, standards and goals established by the company.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESGreet and interact with internal and external guests in a genuine warm and friendly manner using professional and Kessler standard nomenclatureMaintain the integrity of the guests’ privacy, including confidentiality of personal information and key controlBring all dirty linen from guest rooms to the laundry area to be washedTransfer clean linen from laundry room to the guest roomsRemove trash from guest rooms and dispose according to specificationsRespond promptly to questions, concerns and special requests. Follow-up to ensure the guest is satisfiedWork efficiently in order to meet daily requirementsSolve problems proficientlySecure lost items according to the specificationsMaintain a neat and organized work areaMaintain the integrity of Company proprietary information and protect Company assetsMaintain complete knowledge in the use of all equipment, property management systems and access according to specificationsMaintain complete knowledge and comply with company policies and proceduresMaintain neat, clean and professional appearance according to standardsFollow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
