Location: Hartford, CT (The Bloom Initiative serving Hartford, Willimantic, and New London)Status: Non-exempt, Part-timeHours Per Week: 28Schedule: Tues - Fri; 8:30 am - 3:30 pmScope & Purpose: Provide comprehensive case management services to survivors of human trafficking. Serve as a point of contact for survivors in coordinating necessary services and resources to address the survivors’ complex needs, including but not limited to emotional and mental health, housing/shelter, employment, medical, legal, and other supports. Participate in street outreach, program planning, drop-in center, and community education.
