Our firm unites site staff with a centralized administrative team, each contributing to the firm's goals and client needs. The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.Core Position Responsibilities:Capture and edit photos/videos showcasing the Aquatic Center.Collaborate with marketing on content for promotions.Document events and create short story videos.Produce high-quality content on deadlines.Core Employee Responsibilities:Work well with the team to support a positive culture.Uphold brand standards.Communicate professionally.Available for evening/weekend work as needed.Complete other marketing tasks as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Proficient in shooting and editing photo/videoStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred experience with social media platformsBasic writing/editing skills10-20 hours/weekTechnical Competencies:Social media platformsMicrosoft Office, Adobe Suite/CanvaVideo editing softwareMarketing principles and project managementProfessional Competencies:Strong communication and teamworkAbility to meet deadlines and work independentlyWillingness to learn new skillsAdaptable, motivated, and customer-focusedHuman Relations:Internal contacts include staff at all levels. External contacts include external customers and vendors.
