Ata GlanceLegrandhas an exciting opportunity for a FIELD SERVICES COORDINATOR to join the STARLINE Team inCANONSBURG, PA.The Field Services Coordinator position responds to a wide variety of Field Services related work that will vary from day to day and include collaboration with sales, marketing, purchasing and accounting. The position will report to the Field Services Manager and will work closely with the Service Operations Managers and the sales rep network to ensure strong customer relations and a smoothly running services department. The role will provide the successful applicant with room to progress professionally as the Field Service department grows over the course of time.What Will You Do?This position will require availability to work with clients and technicians, sometimes after regular business hours and on weekends based upon business needs.Manage daily business tasks to ensure that all service operations are scheduled, completed and invoiced to the customer. Create and issue Purchase Orders to 3rd party contractors.Ensure the right people and right equipment are scheduled to the right location at the right time. Responsible for handling order entry that may be received via e-mail or phone. Orders are entered using our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and Salesforce.Support the sales team by answering any technical questions surrounding our services scope of works.Responsible for resolving customer service issues including, but not limited to: providing technical assistance regarding services, confirming on-site service dates and getting on-site requirements prior to the work being performed.Manage general administrative tasks; including providing literature and other sales materials to the sales force, working with marketing to coordinate service-specific events, working with purchasing and AP/AR to ensure proper invoicing and other functions as necessary. Work closely with other departments and maintain a basic business acumen.Manage the Load Bank rental fleet scheduling and invoicing. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent customer service & relationship skills (can interact and communicate effectively)Excellent technical skills, enjoys working with contractors and can understand customer needsExcellent MS Office skillsHigh attention to detailCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsSuperior oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer service, including: customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfactionAbility to meet deadlines and manage one’s own timeActively looking for ways to help othersUse logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problemsEducation: Associate degree preferred or equivalent experienceThree to five years of experience in Sales or a Customer Service role Experience with Microsoft Office SuiteProven ability to learn and apply the knowledge gainedExperience working in ERP and/or Salesforce databases preferredWorking Conditions / Physical RequirementsWork performed in office settingAbility to sit for prolonged periods of timeTravel up to 20% of the timeNote: The above Job Description is representative of the responsibilities and qualifications necessary to be successful in this role.
