The position requires some flexibility and on-call responsibilities. The Youth Therapist is a remote position, but requires travel to the Treatment Homes at least once a week to provide individual therapy.This position will have travel obligations to Gloucester, Salem and Cumberland Counties.Salary: $55,000-$60,000What Devereux Looks for in YOU:Coordinating the planning, development and delivery of therapy services to include individual and group therapy within a treatment home environmentProviding clinical services to clients and families to ensure that they are receiving appropriate, outcome based, and cost effective treatment services.Maintaining familiarity with all aspects of the client treatment plan and providing updates and/or new information to Clinical Supervisor.Collaborating on the development of clinically appropriate aftercare plans in collaboration with treatment team, client, family, agency representatives, advocates, and community resources.Providing accurate, professionally written clinical documentation (progress notes, discharge summaries, assessments etc.) in accordance with regulations, standards and as directed by supervisor.You deserve to work somewhere that gives back to you!Devereux is proud to offerASCEND - thefirst career accelerator programexclusively designed to give behavioral healthcare workers - the career guidance, one-on-one coaching, skills and financial assistance you need to reach your full potential. This program includes 100% of tuition covered (up to fifteen thousand dollars annually for undergraduate and twenty-five thousand dollars annually for graduate) and student loan repayment, among other benefits!You'd make a great Youth Therapist if you have:Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related clinical discipline.Valid New Jersey LSW, LAC, LCSW and LPCOne year experience working with youth and/or families.One year of clinical work in a behavioral health setting.Valid Driver's LicenseExcellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of initiative, accountability and professionalism.Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills.Ability to multi task and be deadline driven.Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
