LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a client of ours in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.Key Responsibilities:Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper approval.Manage the timely payment of vendor invoices and expense reports.Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.Assist with month-end closing and financial municate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.Support the implementation of process improvements in the accounts payable function.Qualifications:Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency, we encourage you to apply for the Accounts Payable Coordinator position.Visit the link below to submit a resume to LHH.Search for Jobs LHH Career Finder & Employment Resources Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hourSearch managed by: Nikki Wypych Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
