This position will assume responsibility for the shift and personnel by providingsupervision. This position could be deployed to a work project up to 200+ miles from the nearest Allied Universaloffice. Each deployment will be temporary, for a time period that will vary by assignment. Whiledeployed, the officer will typically conduct foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior), controlaccess and egress, compose reports, deter criminal activity and misconduct, and perform other dutiesas specified in post orders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications RequiredMust possess a high school diploma or equivalentMust possess a current and valid Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) SecurityOfficer License issued by the State of California (Guard Card)Must have a current and valid California state driver's licenseMust have succesfully completed the PC 832 Arrest training ( a valid certification will be required to present) Must have valid Baton permit Must have valid OC and Pepper Spray permit Additionally applicant must possess one or more of the following:o Prior Service in any Military Occupational Specialty or related to law enforcemento Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) in the law enforcement,adult corrections, or firefighter fieldo In the process of obtaining, or have already obtained, an Associate's degree in lawenforcement or criminal justice related studieso A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a security or supervisoryrole Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
