This position will provide expert guidance and leadership to the Product Stewardship and Toxicology function. The Product Stewardship Senior Professional will provide strategic, regulatory and technical guidance to Business Leaders, Government Relations, Communications/PR, and R&D functions regarding emerging regulations, including the developing Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) regulations globally. This position will be responsible for detailed chemical toxicity and human/environmental health impact research and consulting. This professional will work at the nexus of several functions to ensure complex toxicological and environmental subject matter is translated into usable formats for a number of different global audiences. This position is a key member of the Performance Materials and Technology (PMT) Product Stewardship Leadership team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Results-driven, highly collaborative product stewardship professional with a passion to succeed in delivering effective regulatory offense and defense programs. + Anticipate and communicate emerging regulations that may impact existing product lines or benefit new product introduction. + Lead engagement with Global Regulatory Agencies and Trade Associations to address technical and regulatory questions related to product stewardship, safety and compliance. + Critically analyze large volumes of technical literature and communicate highly technical and regulatory matters to non-experts. + Serve as Product Stewardship Point of Contact for emerging regulations and align with the Government Relations and Communications/Marketing teams regarding strategy and advocacy plans. US PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. The annual base salary range for this position is $150K - $190K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. This position is incentive plan eligible. YOU MUST HAVE + Minimum 10 years of industrial experience in product stewardship + Minimum 7 years of work experience with EU REACH and US EPA / US state level chemicals regulations programs, including regulatory processes such as restriction, authorization, risk management options analysis and product bans.
