The Implementation Specialist position coordinates the activities between the Sales and Customer Service Departments and provides reporting and tracking of new account installations. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time.The chance to do something meaningful, to challenge yourself, to be a part of change in an industry, to influence change doesn’t come around every day.Manage Key Strategic Account and Global Account implementations.Ensure large implementations are accurate, timely, and complete.Works with Customer Ops Director on tracking, monitoring, and reporting the progress of large strategic account implementation.Manage and resolve client issues during or after large implementation.Primary point of contact for installations and sales for current and new clientsProvide implementation support to Strategic Account Sales ExecutivesManage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provides troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.Collaborate with KFS Specialist to ensure all new eligible devices are promptly activated on KFS.Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field2+ years’ experience in customer service, project management, account management, or related fieldProficiency in MS office and strong computer skillsExcellent time management skillsMust be detailed-oriented.Must have excellent communication skills and positive attitude when collaborating with customers.Works well with others in team-oriented environmentProficiency with the English language is required.Ability to interact with all levels of management.Physical requirements: sitting and working with computer, bending, filing, and light lifting.
