This position includes handling customer requests and servicing existing loan accounts. Assists with the administration and accuracy of data input within loan related software and websites. Inputs loan information and completes maintenance in the bank core operating software.Performs checkback of loan data entry to ensure integrity of entries and information stored in the bank’s core operating system; this may include note maintenance checkback, file documentation reviews, and compliance reviews.Creates timely reconcilements for several crucial general ledger and internal Demand Deposit Accounts (“DDA”).Processes loan payments.
