Job Title: HR CoordinatorLocation: McLean, VA (Hybrid)Duration: 3-6 months (Temporary)About the Client: Our client, a reputable organization in McLean, VA, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic HR environment.Position Overview: As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is a temporary position with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both remotely and in the office.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR assistance as needed.Qualifications:Previous experience in an HR role or administrative support position is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely as needed.What We Offer:A collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunity to gain valuable HR experience.Flexible hybrid work petitive compensation based on experience.Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hourSearch managed by: Audrey Bevel Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
