Service Associate - Insurance Services

Nesco Resource is seeking a Service Associate to assist out client on a short-term assignment in RochesterPay Rate: $18/hrShift: Monday - Friday 830am-5pmType: Contract - 3 monthsResponsibilities: Corresponding via email queue with both internal partners, clients, and insurance carriers Learning and utilizing COBRA knowledge to answer questions and resolve complicated problems. Meeting team/individual metrics for the position Inputting and maintaining all documentation related to COBRA to keep with service agreements.
