Guggenheim Investments is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to join the Human Resources team. Reporting to the Vice President of HR Analytics, this position will play an important role in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Workday. In addition, the HR Systems & Data Analyst will assist in creating HR reports and analytics, designing and maintaining business process work-flowsin Workday, and auditing HR data.The position is based in our New York City office and will be required to be onsite 4 days per week.Maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS ensuring applications meet the needs requirements and objectives of the HR departmentCollaborates with HR staff and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term information department and system objectivesSupport the Senior HR Data Integrity Manager to gather analyze and present HR data for strategic decision-making purposesMaintain Workday data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularitiesPrepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the Senior HR Data Integrity Manager and HR leadersIdentifies recommends and programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries filters macros and reportsCollaborates with the vendor and HR staff to plan modify and customize the Workday and to test new applicationsPrepares training materials guides and documentationProvides user training and hands-on supportEnsures system compliance with data security and privacy requirementsMaintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers vendors and technologyPerforms other duties as assignedExcellent interpersonal and technical support skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goalsAbility to keep information confidentialProficient with Microsoft Office Suite Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system designThorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of WorkdayBachelor's degree1-3 years prior experience working with WorkdayPrior financial service experience preferredDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft ExcelAnnual base salary between $90,000 and $95,000.The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience.
