Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry, recently ranked 10th of the 150 Top North American Suppliers in “Automotive News.” A growing and vital company, Flex-N-Gate provides a great opportunity for hard-working and skilled individuals.To assure shipping/receiving proper materials to/from each customer in accordance with release quantities, shipping windows and deliver proper paperwork to customer´s transportation service.Assure receipt raw material in warehouseKeeping up date inventories and invoices in CMS SystemProvide material on time to production area.Assist Shipping Supervisor as neededAll other duties requiredLocate raw material according to layoutReturnable containers records Monitors and maintains customer supplier portalRegisters material´s exitCommunicates pertinent information per shift Examine shipment contents and compare with invoices to verify accuracyRecord discrepancies in order to make a failure warning if it is necessaryShipping schedules follow up/attainmentMaintaining shipping boards Prepare materials for shipping as per shipping schedulesGenerates and provides proper paperwork for transportationHigh School Diploma/GED2-3 years related experience in shipping activities in a manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment.
