Responsible for working with business process owners, stakeholders and technical teams to analyze processes, define requirements, review software solutions and provide recommendations related to Troon's UKG HRIS employment platform and processes that supports 35000 active US employees. Serves as a liaison between business process owners, users, technical teams and vendors during the evaluation of system issues and complex business problems in order to implement innovative solutions and process automation.$85,000-$130,000 Depending on ExperienceEssential Duties:Works with HRIS process and product owners to understand business processes, goals and service enhancement opportunities.Evaluates HRIS application release notes to identify service changes, evaluate opportunities, and implement new product features and bug fixes.Works with business process owners and stakeholders to develop and prioritize service change requests, ensures scope is clearly defined, and assumptions dependencies and measureable goals are clearly identified.Assist with as-is / to-be business process analysis to identify process control gaps, or pletes root cause analysis, gathers, interprets, and analyzes related process data, and makes data based solution recommendations that have positive organization wide impact.Acting as a project leader, and HRIS solution expert, interacts with stakeholders to plan, design, build, test and implement new product features and functionality.Ensures cross-functional teams and resources are accountable for project task completion and outcomes.Proactively identifies, communicates mitigates and manages risks, issues and dependencies.Leads unit and integration testing efforts to ensure change has intended results and does not impact other cross functional operational activities.Develops change migration plans, updates internal product documentation and support notes, and develops standard operating procedures with the assistance of business process owners.Patriciates in the development of training materials and end user trainingProvides 3rd level (internal) support for application issues and inefficient business process or design.Works collaboratively with vendor/partner teams to identify and resolve product issuesParticipates in meetings, committees and department projects as assigned.Performs other duties as required.Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in Business information systems, accounting, information technology or other related area.5 or more years related experience with HRIS systems and processes.3 years direct experience and demonstrated proficiency with one or more of the following UKG Products: UKG Pro HR, UKG Pro Payroll, UKG Pro Workforce (time and labor, fka UKG/Kronos Dimensions), UKG Pro People Analytics (Cognos Business Intelligence)Certificates/Licenses: PMP certification desiredJob Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences Ability to study, analyses and interpret complex information in order to improve practices or develop new approachesMust be a problem solver and critical thinker that can challenge preconceived notions, observe, research and interpret data and process results to drive process improvement and innovation.Experience and maturity to handle confidential and sensitive data and information.Strong project management, planning, change management & organizational skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to distill complex concepts and communicate effectively to both executive sponsors and end users, and technical and non-technical team members and customers.Strong attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency w Excel and data analytics in general.Exceptional organizational skills.
