Our business is rooted in the core principles of safety, service, and integrity-principles that we deliver on daily for our customers and employees.Purpose of PositionThe Flight Center Training Generalist partners with various Flight Center departments to facilitate a learning plan for employees during initial onboarding and recurrent training cycles. They provide training and support to all levels of employees, from individual contributors to senior level leadership, on core systems, processes, and policies. Tasks and Responsibilities Subject matter expert for the Flight Center including business processes and documentation. Coordinate and execute various learning methods (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, in person instruction, and eLearning) Maintain course curriculum for both initial and recurrent models. Provide cross-departmental support as needed to gain knowledge and experience. Support New Hire onboarding process by testing all IT platforms and equipment prior to start date. Core understanding of global private aviation operations and high tough service. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences, from entry-level employees to senior management. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, along with the ability to engage and motivate participants. High level of proficiency as it relates to product and process documentation. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracing progress. Proven experience in developing, organizing, and facilitating training programs. Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
